Context
I worked in a team of three to optimize an AI orchestration tool originally designed for a technical audience. We focused on adapting the complex logic into a more accessible interface, ensuring users across all departments could manage AI workflows without a developer background.
The goal was to bridge the gap between technical backend capabilities and intuitive user control, transforming complex AI configurations into a user-friendly experience for non-technical staff.
Approach
I worked closely with the CTO and the Lead Designer to translate high-level AI workflows into a usable product. Grounded in market research and user insights, we iterated quickly to design an experience accessible to non-technical staff.
Learnings
This project deepened my understanding of designing for highly technical systems, requiring close collaboration with engineering and thoughtful simplification of advanced functionality for the end user.
Additionally, I immersed myself in the field of AI agents, gaining a strong foundational understanding of how these systems operate and interact within a broader platform context.
